I’m agnostic as to where he was born. Until the actual birth certificate is produced. For some reason they refuse to produce it when it would be a very easy thing to do.
To me the endless questions about his mysterious and veiled past, his inconsistencies and lies about it, it all deserves answers. If you want to be a public figure, you can expect this scrutiny. The truth will come out eventually. Yes, some people are going batty over this stuff, but all you have to do is see what is being done by this administration to realize people have good reason to feel concerned.
Just remember that leaders lie all the time. In 1959 Fidel Castro said: “I am not a communist and neither is the revolutionary movement.” Obama said he wasn’t a socialist. Well, gee, that clears things up.

Torchwood Returns, on Starz
Interesting, Russell Davies is going to produce the show for the US based network Starz.
Starz Entertainment has acquired U.S. TV rights to the next installment of the BBC’s audience sensation “Torchwood,” developed and produced by BBC Worldwide Productions. Starz will debut the 10-episode series exclusively in the U.S., and BBC One will debut it in the U.K., both in summer, 2011. This is a co-production between Starz, BBC Cymru Wales and BBC Worldwide, and BBC Worldwide will distribute the show outside the U.S. The deal was jointly announced today by Starz, LLC President and CEO Chris Albrecht and BBC Worldwide Productions EVP Jane Tranter.
The stars of the previous versions of “Torchwood,” notably John Barrowman (Capt. Jack Harkness) and Eve Myles (Gwen Cooper), will return for the new version. Additional key cast, reflecting the more international scope of the series, will be announced soon.
I like the show overall, though I thought they were too heavy handed on the sexuality at times. It felt forced and not very realistic. But I liked some of the characters. Too bad they killed off most of them.
It’s set in the same universe as Doctor Who, and crosses over with him on occasion, but is about an X-Files-ish paranormal investigation agency. They deal mainly with alien threats. So it has a little Men in Black element as well.

I don’t care if someone her age is in a job like that, only if they are competent. She has acted like a crazy bag lady for as long as I can remember. Ronald Reagan used to treat her like a nutty aunt, and let her ramble but didn’t really get into it with her. Because she has babbled on about a lot of loony things over the years. Naturally, she was a darling of the left.
I do give her credit for at least taking on Democrats occasionally. She wasn’t a total party animal. None the less, she was battier than a belfry.
UPDATE: Here’s a clip of Thomas spouting off her views. She admits she is a liberal and thinks that makes her objective. When you watch enough clips of her you realize she was nothing but a partisan hack. She had no understanding of reality at all.
