Val Mayerik, who co-created Howard the Duck with Steve Gerber, as well as did Man Thing with him, did this great tribute painting in memory of his friend. Steve was also a good friend of mine. We had lunch almost once a month when I lived in Vegas. We both miss Steve and I thought those of you who knew him or liked his work would appreciate this.
