The Upside of Climate Change

Yes, there is an upside to so called “global warming” or climate change, or whatever they’re calling it now.

Despite what Gore and his warmist pals want you to believe, more C02 is a good thing.

The ever-thoughtful Bjorn Lomborg believes in AGW (albeit in a less extreme version than usually put forward). But as he points out, the data supplied by the AGW activists themselves shows that there is essentially nothing we can do about it. When shutting down all of society (including hunter-gatherers, who burn wood) for 40 years will only reduce AGW over one century by 0.5C, we’re wasting our time on mitigation. He suggests spending the money on adapting to it instead. And as the linked article points out, the positives far, far outweigh the negatives (my apologies to the Maldives, but they need to spend more time worrying about tsunamis).
