Face it, the tablet computer is already becoming the next wave of computing. And about a year out Google Android based tablets are making the scene. It’s only a matter of time before they overtake Apple, as they are opensource.

      I think so, eventually. But not for years. They have to become more common place first.

        It didn’t take cell phones very long to become common. I managed to score an Ipad and buying and reading comics on it is, to be frank, more convenient and pretty much as good or better than the printed page graphically. I’ve heard it said that computer comics won’t be practical until you can read them on the toilet. That day has arrived.

    Once they make a small, thin tablet that can read pdf/jpg/png off of an SD card…and has at least a 10″ screen…I’m buying one to read manga. Well, the price has to be right, too. $500 or less.
