Aliens and Phones

Nah,

Superman doesn’t need a phone booth for a quick costume change…  Just a revolving door!  (Superman: The Movie, the helicopter sequence.)

Supes and Who have aged much better than E.T., though.  

That film seems both naive and paranoid today.  Naive about aliens being friendly (they DON’T have to be) and paranoid at the same time by portraying law enforcement as the bad guys….  (I guess they could be if we’re talking about the Feds irregardless of the administration.  You just can’t blindly trust any bureaucrat!)
