A really good article that exposes some of the more absurd movie gun myths. There are more they didn’t get into. Like car doors and sofas do not provide save cover from bullets. A powergun gun can cut through that stuff like butter.

Once again, the proof about gun control is right there for all to see. England made guns illegal to own. They have the toughest gun control laws in the world. And what happened?

Gun crime has almost doubled since Labour came to power as a culture of extreme gang violence has taken hold.

The latest Government figures show that the total number of firearm offences in England and Wales has increased from 5,209 in 1998/99 to 9,865 last year – a rise of 89 per cent.

In some parts of the country, the number of offences has increased more than five-fold.

In eighteen police areas, gun crime at least doubled.

The statistic will fuel fears that the police are struggling to contain gang-related violence, in which the carrying of a firearm has become increasingly common place.

Last week, police in London revealed they had begun carrying out armed patrols on some streets.

Once again, that old saw is right. Take guns away from the citizens and only the criminals will have guns. Prohibition does not work. If people want something, they will get it. And if a lot of people want it, the black market will make it easy for them to get it.

All the lies being told in the Obama administration that criminals in Mexico are getting their guns from American homes, is a fantasy. The percentage is small. Yet they want to use that argument and others to restrict gun sales in the US and perhaps ownership. Despite the fact that the idea is more unpopular than the public option they are trying to ram down people’s throats.

We’re already making a lot of the mistakes England has made before us. We don’t want to make any more.

President Obama and the Democrats keep making the claim that 90% of guns used by Mexican drug cartels were smuggled in from the U.S. This has been debunked by several sources including FactCheck.org.

The reason they keep making this claim is, they know they can’t do anything about gun ownership due to the supreme court’s recent Heller decision. So they are trying to make it an international case for banning gun sales by using UN anti-gun treaties. Since the Obama administration is composed of globalists, just about every member of his cabinet is on the CFR, Trilateral commission, Bilderbergers, etc. they are all for diminishing US sovereignty in favor of international laws.

And that’s bad news for U.S. citizens if he’s successful. Which is why you really need to speak up at every opportunity when they try to make their moves. As with the climate change nonsense, they are using utter lies and false information to push through laws detrimental to the economy and public’s well being.
