Pence: Someone to Watch for 2012
He was voted as the top presidential pick by the values voters for 2012. He certainly looks the part, but more important, he seems to really understand our system of government and appreciates the constitution. This speech at Hillsdale College is excellent. Whoever runs in 2012, they’re going to have an easy act to follow. But we don’t want any more hacks and ideologues.
My problem with Mike Pence is he is a social conservative, as well as a fiscal conservative and wanted social stuff in the GOP’s Pledge to America. As a quasi-libertarian, I don’t believe social issues are any of the government’s business. But I can live with these differences if he is as pro-constitution and limited government as he seems to be.
Chris Christie: The Anti-Obama
The governor of New Jersey is tackling his state’s serious problems which were brought on by decades of mismanagement by Democrat statists. Here is a leader who takes action and deals with reality. Is not writing checks he can’t cash or promising things most people don’t even want.
Hero of the Day
Governor Chris Cristie of New Jersey is kicking ass and taking no prisoners. Check out this video of him dealing with a typical press bozo. Hilarious.
This is the kind of politician we need. No BS. Cut out all these excess government waste. The state of New Jersey was being run into the ground and he is doing a real job of trying to save it.
Testify
Zo (Alfonzo Rachel) sets things straight on the left’s attempt to call Rush Limbaugh a nazi. The way I see it, Obama is tanking worse than anyone expected (except maybe me and a few others) and they are trying desperately to find someone else to focus their hate now that Bush is gone, to divert attention away from their immense failings.

He gave a rousing speech that’s getting plenty of attention.
